The Story Behind SOPFCA\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s New Gift Card Referral Program<\/h2>\n

In 2021, SOPFCA initiated the Gift Card Program in response to our healthcare partners at local cancer treatment centers informing us that many of their patients did not meet strict eligibility requirements for our original grants. Some of these women were receiving\u00c2\u00a0non-traditional treatments, while others worked in unconventional jobs (eg, as caregivers), were stay-at-home mothers, or retired. However, they still had immediate financial needs. Since that time, the Gift Card Program has been our primary focus and method of providing financial support.<\/p>\n

The Gift Card Program provides financial support in a manner that is quick and easy. The application process is simple: women need only\u00c2\u00a0 to provide a few personal details, tell us what type of gift card(s) they want, and include a verification from one of our referral partners that they are in active breast cancer treatment.<\/p>\n
